The Queensland Greyhound Racing Club (QGRC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Wayne Siekman as Operations Manager – Ipswich. 

 

Mr Siekman enters the role with over a decade of experience in racing and operations at the Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) before holding executive management and high-performance coaching roles with the Collingwood AFLW and most recently the Manunda Hawks. 

 

As the QGRC enters an exciting phase of transitioning to the purpose built greyhound facility at The Q, Mr Siekman will commence his role on June 10 and manage the current venue at the Ipswich Showgrounds prior to the opening of new facility in 2025.
